§ 8561 Cemetery Property Assessment Exemptions

All property dedicated pursuant to this chapter, including roads, alleys, and walks, is exempt from public improvement assessments and is exempt from enforcement of a money judgment against an individual owner of an interment plot to the extent provided in Section 704.200 of the Code of Civil Procedure. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 497, Sec. 123. Operative July 1, 1983, by Sec. 185 of Ch. 497.)
