§ 13960 Fire District Labor Laws

(a)  The Meyers-Milias-Brown Act, Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 3500) of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code applies to all fire protection districts. (b)  Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1960) of Part 7 of Division 2 of the Labor Code applies to all fire protection districts. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1013, Sec. 11.)
