§ 117530 Food Safety Violations Penalty

Violation of any provision of Article 2 (commencing with Section 117475), Article 3 (commencing with Section 117505), Article 4 (commencing with Section 117510), and Article 6 (commencing with Section 117550) is a misdemeanor. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
