§ 113275 Food Freezing Sanitation Rules

The department may make regulations to secure the proper enforcement of this article, including regulations with respect to the sanitary preparation of articles of food for freezing, the use of containers, marks, tags, or labels, and the display of signs. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1023, Sec. 318. Effective September 29, 1996.)
