§ 112490 Food Storage Safety Rules

The department may make regulations to secure the proper enforcement of this chapter, including regulations with respect to the sanitary preparation of articles of food for cold storage, the use of marks, tags, or labels, and the display of signs. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
