§ 113065 Processing Plant Licensing Fees

A separate license shall be required for each processing plant located in California. The annual license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100). The annual registration fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100). The penalty for failure to apply for renewal of a license or registration certificate within 30 days after the expiration is thirty dollars ($30) and shall be added to the renewal fee and be paid by the applicant before the renewal license or registration certificate may be issued. All fees collected shall be expended as appropriated by the Legislature in the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted thereto. The annual license fee for a pet food canner also licensed under Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 112650) is one hundred dollars ($100). No additional fee is payable by such a person for a license issued to him or her under that chapter. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
