§ 111820 Registration Violation Penalties

Any violation of this part or any regulation adopted pursuant to this part shall be grounds for denying a registration or for suspending or revoking a registration. Proceedings for the denial, suspension, or revocation of the registration shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the department shall have all the powers granted in that chapter. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
