§ 104765 Dental Program Funding Authority

The department shall have the power to receive for the dental program any financial aid granted by any private, federal, state, district, or local or other grant or source, and the division shall use such funds to carry out the provisions and purposes of this article. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.)
