§ 101240 Department Control Of Records

The department shall have possession and control of all records, papers, equipment, and supplies held for the benefit or use of the Director of Benefit Payments in the performance of his or her duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction that are vested in the department by Section 101235. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.)
