§ 68802 Court Facility Funding Authority

• •If the state doesn't give the court a good place to work, the court can ask for one.
• •The court can make the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court find a proper place with all the needed stuff like furniture and lights.
• •The court must check and say the costs are correct before the state pays for it.

Imagine the courtroom is too small and there are no chairs for the judge, lawyers, or jury. There are also no lights or paper to write on.

The court can tell the Clerk/Executive Officer to find a better room with chairs, lights, and paper. The state will pay for it after three judges check and say the costs are right.
