§ 57479 Ordinance Repeal Exceptions

Key Takeaways

  • •Some old rules don't get canceled even if most do.
  • •Rules about building streets or parks stay in place.
  • •Zoning rules (like what you can build where) don't change.
  • •If a city starts a street project, the new city must finish it.

Example

A city starts building a new park, but then merges with another city.

The new city must finish building the park, just like the old city planned.
