§ 56755 Annexation Resolution Public Hearing

Prior to submitting a resolution of application for the annexation of territory described in Section 56375.3 to the commission, the legislative body adopting the resolution shall conduct a public hearing on the resolution. Notice of the hearing shall be published pursuant to Sections 56153 and 56154. At the hearing, any landowner shall be given an opportunity to present his or her views on the resolution.
