§ 23337 County Formation Hearing Process

On the date and at the time fixed for hearing, the commission shall hear all protests and objections to and all support for the creation of the proposed county, and may grant or deny any requests for exclusion from, or inclusion in, the proposed county filed pursuant to Sections 23337.5 and 23338. The hearing may be continued from time to time during the course of the commission’s determinations. (Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 370.)
