§ 50579 Open Area Maintenance Rules

“Maintenance” means the performance of all acts and doing of the things necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including the maintenance and improvement of open areas and the doing of those acts set forth in Section 50583. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1503.)
