§ 43857 Bond Action Judgment Finality

Key Takeaways

  • •If someone sues over certain bonds, the court's decision is final.
  • •The court decides if everything was done correctly with the bonds.
  • •Once the court makes a decision, it can't be challenged.

Example

A person buys a bond from the city to help build a new park. Later, they think the city did something wrong with the bond money and sue.

The court will look at everything and decide if the city followed the rules. Whatever the court says is the final answer, and no one can argue about it anymore.
