§ 27422 Assessor Office Conflict Prohibition

The assessor shall not hold the office of tax collector or auditor, whether it is an appointive or elective office, at the same time he holds the office of assessor. This section shall become operative on January 6, 1969. (Added by Stats. 1966, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 147.)
