§ 25822 Property Acquisition Authority

The board may acquire by gift, devise, condemnation proceedings, or otherwise such real and personal property and rights of way as it deems necessary and proper to the exercise of the powers set forth in this article, and may pay for and hold such property. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
