Imagine a group of towns wants to form a new county called 'Sunshine County'.

The local leaders in those towns must set up a vote for everyone to decide if 'Sunshine County' should be created. This vote has to happen on the next big election day, like when people vote for the governor or president, and it has to be at least 74 days after the leaders get the official proposal.
