§ 21257 Retirement Benefits Protection

The benefits payable after August 4, 1943 under this system shall not be modified on account of any amounts paid to a retired member or beneficiary under Division 4 (commencing with Section 3200) of the Labor Code. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
