§ 20506 Contract Agency Retirement Rules

Any contract heretofore or hereafter entered into shall subject the contracting agency and its employees to all provisions of this part and all amendments thereto applicable to members, local miscellaneous members, or local safety members except those provisions that are expressly inapplicable to a contracting agency until it elects to be subject to those provisions. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
