• •It’s about making sure the right department has the tools it needs when jobs switch hands.

The Department of Transportation has a bunch of computers they use mainly for managing state buildings. Now, managing state buildings is the Department of General Services’ job.

Those computers would move to the Department of General Services because they’re mostly used for the job that’s now theirs.
