• •The director is in charge of doing all the jobs and tasks given to their office by law.
• •They have the power to make decisions and take actions as part of their role.
• •The director must handle all the responsibilities that come with their position.

If the director is responsible for making sure schools have enough teachers.

The director must do everything the law says to make sure schools get the teachers they need. They can’t ignore this job or say it’s someone else’s problem.
