§ 18651 Board Personnel Appointment Authority

The board may appoint and fix the compensation of a secretary and such other personnel as is necessary to carry out and perform the powers, duties, purposes, functions and jurisdiction of the board. (Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 123.)
