§ 1455 State Officer Bond Filing

A new school principal in a public school has to give a bond to promise they’ll do their job honestly.

Since the law doesn’t say where to send it, the principal’s bond goes to the Department of General Services first. Then, they send it to the Secretary of State to keep on file.
