§ 11263 State Agency Definitions

As used in this article, “state agency” or “state agencies” includes the Department of General Services and any and all organizational units, parts, and subdivisions of state agencies as defined in Section 11000. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 106, Sec. 48.)
