§ 11260 State Agency Fund Transfers

• •The Controller checks the spending to make sure everything is correct.

A state agency builds a new park and buys swings and benches.

The agency can ask for money to pay for the swings and benches. They have to keep receipts and records to show the Controller how the money was spent. The Controller will check to make sure the money was used the right way.
