§ 1454 State Officer Bond Approval

Unless otherwise provided, the official bonds of state officers prescribed by law shall be approved by either the Governor or the Director of General Services and filed and recorded in the office of the Secretary of State. (Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
