§ 12405 State Controller Department Status

For the purposes of Article 2 (commencing with Section 11180) of Chapter 2 of Part 1, the State Controller shall be deemed to be a head of a department and the Office of State Controller shall be deemed to be a department. (Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 107.)
