§ 10272 Commission Member Qualifications

Each appointed member of the commission shall be any of the following: (a) A member in good standing of the State Bar of California. (b) A person admitted to practice before the highest court of any other state of the United States. (c) A judge of a court of record in this state. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 46, Sec. 17. (SB 1038) Effective June 27, 2012.)
