§ 4007 Trapping License Requirements

• •A trapping license lets you catch certain animals like beavers or raccoons for their fur.
• •The license lasts for one year, starting on July 1st.
• •If you get the license after July 1st, it only lasts until the next July 1st.

If you want to trap raccoons for their fur, you need a special license.

You can only do this if you have a trapping license. If you get the license in August, it will expire next July 1st.
