§ 7577 Nuisance Abatement Civil Actions

The district attorney of the county in which the nuisance is found, at the request of the director or the commissioner, shall maintain, in the name of the people of the State of California, a civil action to abate and prevent such nuisance. (Amended by Stats. 1967, Ch. 26.)
