§ 6505 Nursery Stock Pest Inspection

Key Takeaways

  • •The boss can cancel a rule that lets some plants skip checks.
  • •If they do, they have to write it down and say which plants and bugs to watch for.
  • •Those plants will be checked when they arrive in the place they wrote about.

Example

A store sells orange trees that usually don’t get checked for bugs.

The boss can say, 'Now check these orange trees for a bad bug when they come to the city.' They have to write it down first.
