• •Farmers who grow cotton can ask the county to create a special group to help stop bugs from hurting their cotton plants.
• •To ask for this group, they need to get at least 25 cotton farmers (or 25% of all cotton farmers in the area, whichever is smaller) to sign a paper.
• •The paper can be made up of many smaller papers put together.
