§ 6053 Cotton Grower Registration Process

Upon receipt of the petition, the board of supervisors shall direct the agricultural commissioner to create a register of all cottongrowers growing cotton within the proposed district describing the net acreage of land devoted to the growing of cotton by each grower. (Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 191, Sec. 2. Effective May 3, 1982.)
