§ 53362 Nursery Stock Inspection Access

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, all enforcing officers may enter upon any public or private premises in order to have access to nursery stock subject to this chapter and the regulations which are adopted pursuant to it. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
