§ 52945 Agriculture Fund Deposit Rules

All moneys that are received by the secretary pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund and shall be expended only for the purposes of this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 136, Sec. 28. Effective January 1, 1996. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
