§ 18901 Director'S Investigative Authority

The director may gather and compile information, and investigate the organization, business, conduct, practices, management, and the relation to other persons of any person subject to this chapter engaged in intrastate commerce. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
