§ 4402 Fair Maintenance Funding

The department may expend funds appropriated by Section 22 of Chapter 1440 of the Statutes of 1985 in the 1985–86 and 1986–87 fiscal years for capital outlay and deferred and major maintenance projects of a health and safety nature at county fairs, district agricultural association fairs, and citrus fruit fairs. (Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 24, Sec. 7. Effective March 21, 1986.)
