§ 41832 Garlic Onion Dehydration Handling

• •You can't move garlic or onions from one container to another until they are weighed and checked.

• •You can move them if all the containers belong to the same grower.

A farmer has two trucks full of onions that they want to dehydrate. They want to move the onions from one truck to another.

The farmer can't move the onions until they have been weighed and checked. But if both trucks belong to the same farmer, they can move the onions without weighing and checking them first.
