§ 34063 Pasteurization Thermometer Approval

Any recording thermometer device and any indicating thermometer which is used in pasteurization shall be of a type which is approved by, and its use is at all times subject to the approval of, the director. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
