§ 34061 Milk Pasteurization Temperature Recording

Each vat, tank, or other receptacle in which milk or any milk product is pasteurized shall be equipped with a recording thermometer device to accurately record the temperature to which, and the length of time for which, the pasteurized product has been heated. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
