§ 31662 Dangerous Dog Penalties

Any violation of this chapter involving a potentially dangerous dog shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500). Any violation of this chapter involving a vicious dog shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). (Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 761, Sec. 1.)
