§ 29012 Inspector Certification Requirements

“Inspector” means any person who has received a certificate issued by the department with curriculum approved by the secretary and who is authorized to enforce this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 683, Sec. 4. (AB 719) Effective January 1, 2023.)
