§ 58005 Market News Funding Rules

All fees, charges, and costs that are received under this chapter for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market news shall be paid into the State Treasury monthly to the credit of the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund. Funds received for these purposes, upon appropriation, shall be expended by the department for market news services. The secretary may adopt regulations implementing procedures for receiving fees, charges, and reimbursement for costs from users of market news. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 346, Sec. 2. Effective August 29, 1994.)
