§ 14672 Secretary'S Discretion On Violations

Nothing in this chapter requires the secretary to report for prosecution or to institute injunctive proceedings for any minor violation of this chapter whenever the secretary believes that the public interest would be adequately served by a suitable written notice of warning and compliance with the notice. (Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 490, Sec. 36. Effective January 1, 2006.)
