§ 6593 Nomination Paper Handling

Each section of a nomination paper, after being verified, shall be returned to the candidate, committee, or duly authorized representatives. All the sections circulated in any county shall be collected by the candidate, committee, or duly authorized representatives, who shall arrange and leave the sections with the elections official for examination. (Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 790, Sec. 21. Effective January 1, 2000.)
