§ 3023 Voter Guide Distribution Requirement

Key Takeaways

  • •Every mail-in ballot must come with a voter guide.
  • •The guide must show a website where you can check if your mail-in or provisional ballot was counted.
  • •If you already got a voter guide, you won’t get another one with your ballot.

Example

You get a mail-in ballot for an election.

Inside the envelope, there should be a voter guide with a website link. You can use that link to see if your ballot was counted after you send it in.
