§ 41950 County School Tuition Funding

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall allow to each county school tuition fund one hundred twenty dollars ($120) for each unit of average daily attendance of pupils residing in the county and attending school in an adjoining state during the fiscal year. Such average daily attendance shall not be included in the computations provided for in Section 41761. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 894.)
