§ 33129 Local Education Budget Standards

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, beginning with the first fiscal year following the adoption by the State Board of Education of standards and criteria developed pursuant to Section 33127, local educational agencies shall use the standards and criteria in developing their budgets and managing their expenditures. (Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1462, Sec. 1.10.)
