§ 33111 Superintendent Executive Authority

• •The State Board of Education sets the general rules, and the Superintendent makes sure they are carried out.

The State Board of Education decides that all schools must have a new reading program.

The Superintendent of Public Instruction must make sure all teachers and schools follow this new rule and use the reading program.
